Okay, so I started this bloody thing a few days late.
Anyways, as I have only a few weeks until I go to college, I thought that I would lose the five kilograms I have been meaning to shed for months and months.

Prawn sandwich (no, I don't get bored of them)

Veggie mince, vegetables and cous cous
Arctic roll
3 slices toast and butter
Thus far I have done 2hrs 15 mins swimming, 30 mins cycling and 30 mins walking this week.
